The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multi-accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure. 7game5 may at any time request documentary verification of the details you have provided, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. Any action taken through your account, whether or not authorised by you, will be treated as your own action, and 7game5 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 7game5 player support immediately. 7game5 recommends using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other service, and logging out of your account when using a shared or public device.
4. User Obligations & Platform Usage Rules
By using 7game5, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Philippines and in any other jurisdiction from which you access the platform. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the circumvention of any financial controls or gaming regulations. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the 7game5 platform, its servers, databases, or the accounts of other players. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, manipulate game outcomes, use software bots or automated scripts, or engage in any form of cheating or collusion is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities.
You agree not to engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the platform or the experience of other players. This includes posting offensive, abusive, or misleading content through any communication channel provided by 7game5, impersonating any other person or entity, or attempting to defraud the platform or other players in any way. Players who are found to have abused promotional offers — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting bonus terms, or engaging in bonus abuse through coordinated play — will have their promotional eligibility revoked and may have their accounts suspended. 7game5 reserves the right to void bets, cancel transactions, or withhold withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your 7game5 account. Gaming on the platform is for personal entertainment and recreational purposes only; you acknowledge that gambling outcomes are determined by chance (or by skill in the case of certain games) and that no win or positive outcome is ever guaranteed. You agree not to hold 7game5 responsible for any financial losses incurred through the use of the platform, beyond the specific protections provided under applicable Philippine law.
5. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on 7game5 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported local payment channels, which currently include GCash, Maya, BDO bank transfer, BPI bank transfer, QR Ph, and online banking options, subject to availability and any minimum or maximum transaction limits that apply at the time of the transaction. You must use a payment method that is registered in your own name; deposits made using payment methods belonging to a third party are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending verification.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review before processing. 7game5 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — such as a government-issued ID or proof of payment method ownership — before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts. Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the payment method selected and are subject to the operating hours and processing schedules of the respective payment providers. 7game5 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 7game5 accepts no responsibility. All transactions are subject to final verification, and 7game5 reserves the right to reverse or cancel any transaction where fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms is suspected. 6. Limitation of Liability
7game5 provides the platform and its services on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure that the platform operates without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from technical errors, downtime, or interruptions at all times. 7game5 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from platform unavailability, technical failures, delays, errors in game results due to system malfunction, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues on the player's side, device incompatibility, or disruptions caused by third-party service providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7game5's total liability to any player for any claim arising from these terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 7game5 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, even if 7game5 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
7game5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms and Conditions, in connection with fraudulent activity, in violation of any applicable law or regulation, or in a manner that could expose 7game5 or other players to harm or liability. Suspension or closure may also occur where the platform is unable to verify the player's identity, age, or payment method ownership to its satisfaction despite reasonable requests for documentation.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting 7game5 player support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining account balance (subject to applicable verification requirements) will be returned to the player via the payment method originally used for deposits, where technically feasible. In the event of account closure due to a breach of these terms, 7game5 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where a breach is confirmed, to forfeit those balances in whole or in part. Decisions regarding account suspension or closure will be communicated to the player where legally and operationally appropriate. Players who believe their account has been suspended in error are encouraged to contact support promptly to begin the review process.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, images, and other materials available on the 7game5 platform are the exclusive property of 7game5 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these terms.
